Where our work requires group events, we design programmes in creative ways to combine interesting content with exciting participative sessions rooted in the real issues of the organisation. Thank you for facilitating such a professional and successful team building event. We are already experiencing the benefits. We develop our material from research in the organisation, including interviews with the people. We do not run public courses.

1. Organisational – Be More Productive
We consult to organisations to align their strategy, culture and leadership behind their clients. Initiatives include strategic development for organisational growth; consulting with top management to focus and develop ways of implementing change; strategy development workshops and seminars for senior managers on managing change. We have developed a simple model of organisational strategic development to facilitate alignment and productive change.
2. Group – Respond to Changes Better
Assignments relate to changes that groups need to make to respond to organisational changes. We use a wide variety of development and training techniques, selected for their relevance and stimulation. Issues can be wide cultural initiatives involving new ways of working, such as developing leadership or customer focus; or specific changes to improve particular skills, such as coaching or performance management.
3. Individual – Being More Professional
Individual coaching and counselling includes working with individuals in professional development; job issues; career development; lifeskills and interpersonal behaviours. Where appropriate we use observation and feedback to further the development.
